Is my account at risk of being banned?+
No. We operate quietly, no suspicious patterns. Never had a single client banned in 4+ years.
How does activation work?+
We accept PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Binance (crypto). Pick a method, pay, send confirmation on Discord. Within 1 hour you get dashboard access and the bot running on your account. You only share your game email/password once. Heads up: PayPal adds 10% on top of the plan price (processor fee).
Can I see the bot running live?+
Yes. In the dashboard you click 'Live View' and open a real-time video stream of your account in-game. That's our differentiator vs competition.
Can I change what the bot does?+
Yes. From the dashboard you toggle each function: gather, train troops, run events, shield, etc. Changes apply within 1 hour.
What if I want to pause for a few days?+
To pause for days and freeze your plan's days, send us a message on Discord and we'll freeze your key's days. Just let us know when you want to resume.
Can I use it for multiple accounts?+
Yes. Each in-game account is a separate 'key'. Players typically have 1-3 keys.
Are there discounts for longer terms?+
Yes — 10% for 2 months, 15% for 3, 20% for 4. See the table in Plans.
Does it work during KvK?+
Yes, especially the Full plan — rally forts, attack barbarians, train troops, peace shield, repair wall, materials, crystals, etc.
Where does the BOT run?+
On the cloud, fully secured. Dedicated infrastructure with high availability and stable power — your account is always online.
Can I install the site on my phone to use it as an app?+
Yes. The site already works as an app (PWA), so you can add it to your home screen and open it like a regular app. On Android (Chrome): go to rok-bot.com, tap the ⋮ menu and choose 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'. On iPhone (Safari): go to rok-bot.com, tap the Share button and choose 'Add to Home Screen'.
